The Boxing Center - San Diego:
We are a new state of the art boxing and martial arts fitness center. Our 3,300 sq. ft. facility includes a 20' X 20' boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, uppercut/hook bags, light weights, pull-up bar, stretching machines and the best quality flooring in town.
We offer Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Our classes are taught by highly qualified trainers. Our customers receive quality training worthy of their desire to learn. Classes are challenging, informative, educational, and highly rewarding. (Most classes are 1 hour in duration)
We are open Monday - Saturday (closed Sunday) and offer specialized group & individual training for the entire family. Chief Instructor, Dan Boyle, a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, has over 20 years of experience in fitness, martial arts, weight training and boxing. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced training for children and adults. With children and adult classes available, the entire family can spend quality time together, while getting fit.
You can lose weight and inches, increase flexibility, gain self esteem, learn self defense, and have a great time while getting your body, mind and spirit back in shape!
Come take a free class or watch a class at our beautiful training facility. The Boxing Center - San Diego can help you achieve your personal goals. Private lessons are also available for an added fee.
